Payment Policy
- Payment should be made by bank transfer (e.g. TransferWise) or PayPal.
- Please note that the person making payment is responsible for any bank or transfer charges.
Cancellation Policy
- A 48 hour notice of cancellation is required for all lessons, otherwise the full amount will be charged.
- Emergency cancellations will be discussed.
Late Attendance
- If you are late for a lesson, the lesson cannot be extended.
- If you do not join the lesson within 15 minutes then the lesson may be cancelled. The full price will be charged.
- If I am late, additional time will be added to the lesson.
